If you lived at The Nova Scotia Home for Coloured Children at any point between January 1, 1921 and December 31, 1989, you may be a member of the Class. Your legal rights may be affected by this settlement.

|MAKE A CLAIM||The only way to get a payment. You must register a claim by sending in a Claim Form before February 27, 2015.|
|DO NOTHING||You will receive no payment and you give up your rights. You will not be allowed to bring or be part of any other lawsuit against the Nova Scotia Home for Coloured Children and the Province of Nova Scotia concerning the issues being settled.|
|OPT-OUT||The deadline to opt out of the class action settlement was August 18, 2014.
